Africa Cellular Towers Limited ("ACTOWERS" or "the Group"), established in 1999, is a broad-based company listed on the Alternative Exchange ("AltX") of the JSE Limited ("JSE"). The Group offers turnkey solutions, inclusive of tower design, manufacture and installation, GSM site shelter manufacture as well as fibre optic solutions to its customers in the telecommunications and power line industries in South Africa as well as Southern Africa. The Group's business units comprise:

Cellular Towers
This business manufactures lattice towers as well as palisade fencing and delivers full turnkey telecommunication infrastructure installations throughout Africa.

Power Lines
The Power Lines business is responsible for the turnkey construction of electric transmission and distribution lines in South Africa and neighbouring countries. This division was established in 2008.

Equipment Shelters
This company, known as JK Shelters, is a manufacturer of cellular equipment shelters and outdoor cabinets for ACTOWERS as well as for other customers and supplies these products throughout Africa and South Africa. An equipment shelter or outdoor cabinet is required for every cellular tower site erected to protect the equipment from the elements.

Fibre Optics
This unit, established in 2009, is responsible for handling the installation of fibre optic networks for customers throughout Southern Africa.
